Worst experience I've ever had, by far, not only with any Verizon authorized dealer, but with any retail business. Purchased 3 phones and 2 Apple Watches a month ago. The motto for this location and TCC should be 'Over promise, under deliver.' Still having issues with set up, getting phones disconnected that shouldn't be, 'lost' returned phones, not getting watches set up that should be, not getting contacted, not getting the rate we were promised, etc. Several promises regarding communication and follow-up, none happened. Rate I was promised several times by RJ was not honored- I will end up paying almost $2,000 more than promised over the 3 years of the agreement. Have attempted to reach out to TCC leadership, but the best they could do was 'sorry, RJ should not have promised you those rates, we'll give you a $200 Verizon credit.' No apologies for the horrible communication, lack of follow-up, broken commitments, issues getting phones set up, etc. Do not shop here- go to the Verizon on Denmark by Target. I have already made several phone calls and emails to the email provided below in the response to my review from TCC. Each time I've explained the issues I'm experiencing, and I plead with them to have someone in executive leadership reach out to me, but no response other than 'we will have someone contact you.' UPDATE: Do not use this Verizon or any TCC Verizon location. When I and others post feedback, they respond like they did below asking us to reach out so they can address our issues. But I have emailed TCC no less than 10 times and called twice since they left the response below, yet I have yet to hear anything back from them. Check out the Better Business Bureau- there are tons of complaints as well as standard responses from TCC that they are looking into the issue, but nothing ever gets resolved to the satisfaction of...
Read moreI had a horrible experience at this Verizon with employee Jon. I traded in 2 iphones for two new ones because Jon said they had a buyout program going on that would pay the remaining balance of both phones. He told me bring a copy of my last bill and my transfer pins and that I’d receive gift cards to pay off the balance. When going through the transaction there was a deal added for a free iPad and Apple Watch which took 2 hours to go through at the store. After this Jon told me he wasn’t able to go through the buyout process at that time and that he would call me the next day to get it done over the phone. The next day he calls me and says there’s nothing he can do for me to get the deal done and to call customer service. The best customer service could do was waive my activation fees and I’m now out 1200 dollars because Jon was too worried about getting the iPad and Apple Watch deal through that he blew off doing my buyout. I reached out to Jon about speaking to his manager, he told me he’d pass my information along and I’d hear back from them which I never did. This store is horrible and they don’t know what they are doing I would suggest going to the Verizon by target where they are much more...
Read moreGirl who was helping me (idk if she was management or what) had a HUGE attitude. She was a girl I think in her early twenties, African-American. I called once, and she was super rude to me for no apparent reason. I called to inquire about a trade in, she laughed and said they wouldn't do that. Another occasion buying another phone, she was helping an elderly customer and exhibited evident frustration with his lack of ability to operate a phone that he had brought in. She actually raised her voice at him telling him where to press on his phone. I felt bad for him because this "worker" was being so impatient and unkind to him. Literally just went in to get a new phone, and it was unsettling to have that kind of...
