If I could put 0 stars I would for this store. Store manager completely messed up my new phone upgrades and the added lines to my account. Now I'll pay twice ad much for my phones and the monthly bill is much higher than he said. By the end I've already spent 3 months trying to resolve this with customer service and the store the manager admitted there's nothing he can do now and I have to eat the money I paid for my family's phones and continue to make the additional payments because there's nothing he can supposedly do to fix his horrible mistake he's made. After 20+yrs as a sprint/ t mobile customer I've never had anything bad to say and have given compliments on almost all whom helped over the years at sprint for going above for it's customer and a prior military customer. T mobile is losing a customer once this is resolved and hopefully no one else has had to deal with a similar problem. Advice to anyone going there, make sure you have everything done and documented, if the person helping you seems unfamiliar or having issues doing something they say can be done, please record or document. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra & have been having issues with the screen protectors. Today I went in for the 2nd time because of this issue & was met with an employee that put out his hands, shrugged his shoulders & repeatedly asked "what do you want me to doš¤·?" & walked off.
