Today I had a very bad experience with an associate at your Covington GA store 7151 Turner lake. I had a return and had my receipt for the return that was not beyond the 30 day return policy. The associate look at my return and said one of the returns was a zero return that meant its no longer in the system where she could see it and it didn't come from her store, I said I have two receipts. She informed me that the receipts didn't have this return on it. But another associate came in after I asked couldn't she call the Conyers store, she replied this isn't what they do is call another store I would have to take others myself. But bottom line after being in the for about an hour, the associate that came in found the item on one of the receipts that I brought in and returned my money on my debit cards. And t top it off the associate wouldn't even give me her name. It was around 12:30 . The associate was a black female wearing a camouflage black and white outfit with a black and white hat hat matched it. Horrible day in that store. Usually they're so nice in that store, I shop there two or three...

I walked into the store behind a lady with purple hair, as she walked in a guy came from the back ( manager I’m assuming ) and started cussing her out and yelling at her, he repeatedly called her manager and threatened her job there so I’m assuming she’s a manager there too, she was over talked and not listened to while explaining why something wasn’t done yesterday, he had a pregnant lady who he said was 7 months along doing all the work while he complained about having to mark down 4 boxes. Marie (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was pleasant. I was not greeted when I walked in because she was with a customer but she went out her way to come to me and greet me. I didn’t have to wait when checking out she met me at the front. She was amazing and professional and was willing to hold my items if need be!!! 10/10...
