I honestly do not like the customer service at all, I just came in the store around 9:50 or 8:00 at night we went In not knowing that they were closing until we hear in the intercom that they were closing not just the store but the cashier. My dad at that time didnāt have his phone with him and we were waiting for him to come out. The two white women (in there 40s) who were working there didnāt even want us to stay in the store to wait for him. Did not treat us nicely I had to talk in the intercom to tell him to get out of the store in Spanish (the skinny white lady let me talk), while I was trying to talk on the phone that lady said to me that her boss is going to get mad and that she could get fired, she even said that she would call the cops on us. I went to the restroom to check if my dad was in there and apparently he was. This store obviously doesnāt know a thing about custom Service, it was my first time there with my parents and it will be my last (I donāt know if they were being races because we were Hispanic and threatened us with the cops but Iām definitely not going in there again). Later in the car driving back home my father said that he didnāt hear me in the intercom while he was in the restrooms (and that he took to long because there restrooms were dirty). However, when I asked her about honoring the price, not only did she try to double down. She also wanted to add an assembly fee. This is not my mistake. I do not work here. I am a customer. I really don't know!!!! Please help me understand why both visits I was followed around the store like a thief. I am certain I was being followed because I worked in loss prevention before 𤣠at the least, try not to make it so obvious! Same lady at every turn.
