First of all, it was my first time there and after making my purchase I had asked a few questions where the sales rep then told me he had added a discount to my order that I wasn't expecting and wouldn't have even probably noticed had get not told me later. 2nd they were gracious to allow me the use of their facilities they normally don't make public. 3rd I was impressed too at how cheap their prices were compared to other places. 4th They were very clean, well organized, and had a great variety of stock. 5th They stopped everything they were doing to give me their full attention and help while I was there. They showed superior customer service for being a smaller business. My thoughts?
