First off, their nursing course is completely cut-throat. They are unfair and incredibly biased. The course runs about $22,000. Also, note that although it is not listed as such or outwardly disclosed to be of the religious education variety, this is a self-proclaimed "chirstian" school. They have no values or morals, don't be fooled. You will be told that if your hair is red, it is pink, and be forced to dye your hair if it is of any variety of color that Deogracias disapproves of.
BEWARE OF THEIR FINANCIAL AID!!!! Currently, I am being threatened with all sorts of actions against me although I have not received a single bill since I left the school.
If you do elect to enter the nursing program here are some little tidbits of information you may find interesting: They advertise being accredited by a NURSING organization, yet they are accredited by some no-name "education" company. You will be discriminated against and bullied at every turn. The director of the nursing program changes rules at her whim and the instructors generally just don't have a clue. You need to maintain at least an 80% grade or you will fail. You may as well take online classes, the classes here at this college are simply the instructor reading the book word-for-word to you. You are not welcome to ask questions. If you do, you will be belittled and snapped at. SMOKERS DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL. You will be discriminated against and treated poorly.
Although I had to leave the school due to being a military wife and could not finish, I hardly believe the education is of any sort of quality or worth enduring their abuse for.

Read moreI graduated from the Dental Assistant program at the Covington campus and I loved this campus so much! The campus is very nice and clean. The administration cares so much for their students and they want to see them succeed. The Dental Assistant Instructor, Ms. Dawn is hands down one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. The class is very structured, but if you put forth the effort, she’ll do whatever it takes to help make you successful and that goes for anyone. The program isn’t easy and the job itself is even harder, but she does a great job preparing you and making sure you know what to expect. I can only speak for the Dental program, but I’m sure the other instructors are great too! Ms. Dawn, I’m not sure if you’ll see this but thank you. You pushed me and made me into one...
Read moreGO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Brittany in administration will pick and poke until she finds any reason to write you up or suspend you, then turns around and uses your suspension to say you missed too many days so you were terminated from the program. They accuse you of cheating and don’t defend yourself cause it’ll be a bigger problem. They discriminate as well. I was on the presidents list, never failed a class, they waited til both my grants went through & I was almost done with my sophomore term to TERMINATE ME!!! Then when you call the higher ups at Baton Rouge campus nobody calls back, nobody will answer. It’s not worth your time...
