We had 2 mobile orders. Got to the intercom and they said ONLY 1 MOBILE order at a time, we'll have to come in or get back in line. Now at this point we've been in line 20 minutes. And there's easily 12 cars out onto the highway behind us. Mobile orders were 1)tenders and 2) chicken. Easy. So I call to talk to a manager. Some girl gets on the phone and says that's her and why? I asked her name she said "FOR?" I said if you're the manager then I need your name. Again she said "FOR WHAT?" I told her after this I'm calling another manager. She said "Let me get you another manager and was VERY VERY NASTY. While the whole time I'm at the window with the "on site acting manager" Actual manager John is not there. The girl with purple hair I'm on the phone with busts out the office door (while I'm right there) and says "there's a lady on the phone who wants a manager what do i tell her? Acting manager gets us to pull up and we get our order, it's wrong we have to go back in but the acting manager and the lady at the window were very nice. Whoever took our order and that woman on the phone need to be fired. They way they were talking about customers and acting like this place was a living room and not a place of business. The food was delicious besides what was missing. Idk if I'll be back as that same woman has trash talked other customers.when I've went...
Read moreWent here Friday, July 12, around 12:30PM and had to wait for 20 minutes before I could order. There was not enough people working. One guy was taking orders and would have to run around to the place where the orders were put together and help. After I placed MY order with him he took orders from five other people. I stood there for 10 minutes when he started giving the orders for the first four that had placed their orders AFTER me. And the whole time he and a lady that was putting orders together would be arguing with each other. I finally went up to the counter looking directly at him and when he saw me THEN he asked me if I had gotten my order. When I said I had not he looked something up on his register and went back behind the counter and made up my order. When he gave me my order I had been there for 45 minutes. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! I should have gone thru the drive thru. I saw a company truck waiting in line and only three or four cars in the parking area. Before I placed my order I saw the truck pull away from the drive-up window.
NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE AND NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE WITH EMPLOYEES. SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET THIS PLACE WORKING BETTER. Used to be a good place to go pick up chicken. Will have to find...
Read morePossibly the worst Popeyes in the entire North Shore. The location is awful. Their drive-thru is located maybe 100 ft off the main Highway 190. Cars are stopped in the right lane of a busy highway and it moves slowly. Also, I use the app when ordering and this is the only location I've ever had to wait in line to tell them I have a mobile order, then wait for it to be prepared. Making ordering ahead pointless. Never order from their drive-thru, it's as if they pawn the worst portions (super tiny chicken pieces) as well as get your order wrong. Why ask if I want spicy or mild if you're just going to give me what you want me to have? Kids hate spicy food. I live a good ways out and it's often too late to drive back and get them to do it right. Also stay away from the new blackened chicken sandwich unless you like dry, burnt chicken. I've seen different employees come and go and most times I'm convinced the qualifications for hire do not include drug testing, background checks, or education level. Then again those are the ones you never see twice. If I had a Popeyes closer, I personally would...
