Would give 5+ stars if possible! Single Batch is detail oriented, professional, and flexible through the entire process of getting a custom piece. I had a photo of a table I wanted but knew nothing about wood or structure. Single Batch communicated in a timely manner via email laying out several options for me and explaining wood types in a way I could understand. I was asked questions throughout the process to assure my satisfaction. The delivery was on time and quick, even though the table had to be taken apart to fit through the door. I also received tips for long term care. It was very important to me that the table was stable, beautiful, and roomy and Single Batch exceeded my expectations. Now I have such a special piece in my home where family and friends can gather to make memories. We loved the king size bedframe and matching side tables that John and his team created for us in 2016. With us living multiple states away, the Single Batch Designs crew didn't have the luxury of being able to see what our room looked like or the kind of furniture we had. Ordered a custom white oak bar top, tap handles, and flight boards for a new hard cider company taproom in Cincinnati, OH, after having been gifted an extremely nice cutting board from this company several years ago.
