My husband took his phone in to have his screen replaced due to screen cracked from being dropped. My husband paid to have screen ordered April 3, was told it would be 3 days before it comes in. They called 5 days later and said the young guy ordered the wrong screen could I bring it in so they could see my phone, the guy said oh we got it your phone will be ready in one hour, I go back to pick up my phone and was told they don't have the right screen and they can't give me my phone back because I can't use it, it's has been took apart at this point he's upset because it's one of his business phone, here's when the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism comes in, the guy treated me as if it's my fault I ordered the wrong part, even the owner was unprofessional there was no empathy or apology. It doesn't matter who put in the order every employee is the business. After my husband came out upset I went in to talk to them because I'm the calm one, I was asking the young gentleman if maybe they had an replacement phone which he said no ma'am so the guy in the back said WE DON'T DO THAT!!! I'm looking like who is that and what's going on from his reaction because I didn't raise my voice at the young guy nor this man from the back, the man comes from the back speaking loud, aggressive and speaking aggressively with his hands now I'm a woman I'm looking at him as if he's crazy I say to him I'm not talking to you in that tone nor manner you need to calm down so he does but puts the blame on the young guy "who rarely works there" and that the screen will be in by 10am Monday, so I ask for sim card thinking my husband can just get another phone. After talking about it we decided just get a new phone and ask for money back which they did agree to but still no apology. My husband decided I'll give them a chance to fix it (this was Friday) This morning he called to see if the screen came in, he was told no not yet, he called again this afternoon they said no not yet, he called again @ 4:15pm he was told I have bad news so my husband told him just put my phone back together and give me my money back. We go in to get phone back and refund which they did with no problem but still no empathy or apology from management or owner which he was in the store. I'm sure the all talked about what was going on with the phone issues and the customer not being happy. I guess the business ethics stem from owner and management if the don't care about the customer being satisfied or happy with the service they provide why should the employee. The good thing about this is my husband upgraded and got a new phone, even though he ended up losing all his business contacts and documents saved to the phone, the information couldn't be transferred over because the old phone couldn't come on for Tmobile to port information over....
Read moreMy small Revolt 2 was dead since I lived in Florida and there's a lot of thunderstorms that might of short circuit my PC and since I can't find a decent PC repair shop over where I use to live in Miami plus that small PC is a pain to get into so I needed professionals. In Florida it's over thrown by Apple stores and my only option is Best Buy but they charge you like 150 just to check it and left my PC dead for almost a year. When I moved here in Georgia, I gave PC After Dark a shot and they do leave messages of what's going on with your PC which is good customer service. They told me I have to get a new motherboard and processor. I bite the bullet since this built is from Feb 2016 and wanted my small PC back to life. I bought the part they even told me which parts are good for my budget. I don't get that type of service in Miami. Very honest people that work here. They do great service and when my PC is fixed all my files are still in my hard drive so no factory clean. I thank them a lot and when I have a new Graphics card upgrade I know...
Read moreKind and courteous employees. Had two laptops needing repair Acer & Asus, it took about 5 days total with ordering parts and repairs because I brought them in on a Thursday.
I needed my Acer because I was using it for work, so I kept it until the part arrived.
I like they kept me posted on when parts came in, and also helped me resolve a issue where it would have cost more to get my Asus (old laptop fixed) motherboard and charging port.
I needed my Asus because it had valuable data and I liked that it had a CD rom/DVD which newer laptops dont have and I didnt want the hassle of a external.
Per their suggestion I purchased a laptop from then and they transferred the motherboard and all my data from the Asus to a Dell.
The Dell had compatible storage, DVD-rw, and a touchscreen; which came out cheaper than getting my Asus repaired.
