My daughters first day was good she had the regular teacher, she didn’t even want to leave the first day(great reaction). The second day my daughter had was with the assistant director Sheila and I pick up my daughter and she is sitting on the floor up at the front when there’s glass and this world is a crazy world we live in there’s active shooters at fairs and everywhere… they should have been playing in the classroom (safer option) like 3 year olds until the parents came to the classroom to pick them up. Then I see my daughter crying and she runs up to me and she tells me mommy I’m so hungry and she was begging me for water, my daughter has NEVER had to beg me for water. I 100% believe this woman is evil because she told me my daughter “threw away” her lunch but my daughter would have never thrown away her food that we packed because she loves all that food. I ask my daughter what happened in the car and she tells me mommy “I told her I was hungry and thirsty and she got mad at me”…. I was disgusted that someone could let a child go 10 hours with out FOOD!!!(my daughter had snacks packed and a lunch packed) I will forever tell everyone to not take their kids here as long as that women is there. And to top it off my daughter felt warm and all I had to do was touch her hand to tell that she had a fever and guess what she did 100 degrees, so they did not listen to my daughter. She told me as soon as I picked her up she didn’t feel good… I know this woman was lying because she threw away my daughters cup because it was the one with the paw patrol top the “disposable ones” but why not keep it because she could’ve used that cup all day to drink water??? I had to hurry and get my daughter right away because she was crying for water I’ve never seen her like that before. I seriously want to sue this woman I hope she is never aloud to...
Read moreMy youngest child was enrolled here for 2 months and he lost 5lbs in the time period, which had his dr im a momentary panic. Before anyone can say "maybe he was over weight" I can guarantee that's not the case. He is a year an a half old and should have some chunk so that his body can deal with the growth spurts that are to come better. Turns out when it comes to meal time they give just enough to cover the bottom of a bowl. Which realistically not enough for a growing child who eats pretty much everything put in front of him. The kids under 3 do NOT get to go outside and play. With there age it's recommended they get an hour outside all together throughout the day because Vitamin D is important. So if your kid is there from 6:30am-6:30pm and they are under the age of 3, then they arnt getting there Vitamin D. When it comes to your children getting hurt, if there's no physical proof on your child before they leave to go home with you then they will not report it to you. My eldest child is unique, if you have a child with special needs then I still don't recommend this daycare, most of the teachers are great and they do the best they can, however if your child has issues that the teachers can't handle, then your child gets sent to management where your child now has to contend with ALONE. So for those kids who have trouble with transition or routine changes, they get moved to a totally different part of the building to deal with someone they they don't normally see, so there whole schedule for that day just went out the window. There snack time is generally something bread related, where it expands in there stomach and it makes them "Think" they are full when in actuality they were given 4 vanilla wafers. Not exactly a...
Read moreCustomer for 4+ years The teachers that continuously work with our three kids in all different age groups over the years are phenomenal. From past daycare experiences living in Forney, I would have my kids crying everyday when we took them to school in dread of going. When we moved to Crandall and started Dunkin all the daily tears and fits stop. Such an easy morning drop off ever since. It definitely goes to show for the friendliness and kindness from the inner staff that makes all the difference. Which truly keeps this facility going.
We appreciate that they continue to keep God in the school and incorporate holiday plays and teach our kids about Jesus.
They have also upgraded summer activities for the older kids. Keeps them eager to go and stay engaged in the program during breaks throughout the school year.
The teachers that are there, truly are working...
