Pampered Pets Spa and Resort — Local services in Crandall

We have used them many times for boarding and grooming. The last few times it has been an issue with communication. They don't have a phone they answer, you can only leave a text and you might get a text back. Last time we boarded they charged us for three days even though we dropped off at 5pm and picked up two days later at 3pm 46 hours total. We sent our dog with a weeks worth of food and they didn't return any of the food so not sure were that went along with one dog bowl we had to go back and get and missing a dog toy we sent as well.
