I’m writing to express my experience with a realtor from Better Homes Realty in Cranford NJ. Angela Fritz is the realtor and she is very unprofessional. We expressed to the listing agent that anytime after 5 will not be a good time to show the house do to the fact that we have small children, in which one is asthmatic and with the pandemic we would prefer no showings after 5pm. Ms Fritz arrived at our residence at 5:30pm with a client and I proceeded to inform her that there will not be any showing after 5. Angela Fritz proceeded to tell me that showings are until 6, I explain to her no showing after 5. Ms. Fritz got upset and told me no until 6. Then when I asked her to leave she refused and the walked on the porch and stood in front of my door. From that point on she gave nothing but attitude. When my wife came out Ms. Fritz still gave attitude, my wife called the listing agent and explained what was happening, the agent informed my wife that he only approved 2 realtors for the day and she was the 3rd. The whole interaction was recorded by my ring doorbell. Angela Fritz is no longer aloud to show this listing; and I will report her to the office she works for and any other offices...
