I joined F45 3 weeks ago and canāt praise enough how much I love going there to work out and getting stronger. As a Physical Therapist, I value functional training and proper form. This is what F45 is known for. Even with a slight ankle injury, I was able to complete all the work outs by modifying as needed and still feeling the burn. Kerrie, the owner, is wonderful. She keeps the gym clean, has high energy and is always smiling and giving you encouragement to keep going to reach your goals. The atmosphere is fun and lively. The trainers help you push harder or help you modify work outs as needed. I look forward to going each time. I worked out 6 days last week and feel great. The owners are extremely professional, friendly & super upbeat. So are all of the coaches. I like that there is no crazy membership agreement as well... I needed to cancel last minute (recently) and they allowed me to do so with zero extra payments or penalty. They even gave me one extra day on my membership just to be nice. F45 also takes covid very seriously. Everyone maintains social distance while doing the outdoor workouts. And if you need to go into the studio you must have a mask on. They sanitize any weights that may have been used. I especially love the Saturday Hollywood workouts, they're an hour instead of 45 min... major calorie burn. I will...

F45 representatives were great to quickly respond to my queries. Joining F45 was one of the best decisions I have taken for myself. There is a high sense of community in our batch.
