A friend of mine recommend this wonderful medical spa to me after she had a lymphatic drainage. I heard so much about AUDREY (and the whole team) that I inquired about REFLEXOLOGY. Many therapists do reflexology, but in the past, I have felt that they were just going through the motions. Audrey knew her stuff and she explained the pressure points and I totally enjoyed my one hour session. She answered all my questions and was so sweet and friendly along with excellent knowledge in her field. After our session, she sent me a chart showing her findings and a brief explanation. I will definitely have this again, but I would like to try lymphatic drainage in the future. I would not hesitate going to this lovely hidden gem right on South Avenue in Garwood. Everyone I spoke to prior was always professional and if I left a message, they called back. They are open from Mondays through Thursday. There is a small parking lot with easy access. First let me start by saying how much pain I deal with from Fibromyalgia and cervical herniated disc. It's something I've been dealing with half my life and sometimes can be debilitating.
