Food is good by RI standards, but is it worth it? They might not have what you are ordering since their online menu is out of date. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced hands down. Anytime I come here there is always a problem. Not many choices when you live in RI. They are very rude and obviously don't care for the customer. Common reoccurring issues include but not limited to.. wrong order size, missing items in order and waiting a very long time for order to be ready. They will often give you a large even if you order a small to charge you more money. VERY late service with no apology. Made a order on the phone and was told 20minutes for pick up. I give them 10 extra minutes after parking at the restaurant.. and when I’m in there they tell me they need 5-10 more minutes. It ended up being 20 more minutes plus. All together over a hour wait for food. To make matters worse there’s a pandemic and while waiting inside .. workers wore mask under chin the whole time. Occupancy inside was higher than allowed as stated by their own paperwork. Also posted up was mask mandatory. Yet not one mask...

For all the customers whom walk in that door this place is a complete rip off restaurant. What ever price you see on the menu are different from what you pay on the check. First time trying out the foods so I ordered one of the dish Fried Fish the price listed $15 on menu but when the bill came it was charged $40. Then we asked our server he is Hispanic man dark skinny tall looking, why is the dish $40 then he said we are out of small fish so we gave you the bigger fish. First of all if you gonna give us a bigger fish you should let your customers know in advance to see if they agree to pay for the price difference but none of that. Also charged 20% tip on the check for just party of 2 people. How do you stay in business if you just want to rob your customers left and right. The 1 star isn’t for the food. Actually the food is delicious. 🙏🏽

I walk in to wait for everything. I don’t even get a greeting. I ordered a can of Coke I asked for it immediately before the food, I was thirsty. I still waited a good 10 minutes for a can of coke. The food came in at a very reasonable time. No complaints there.

In my opinion Service needs improvement, first impression of this place isn’t good That’s a one star for me. This should be addressed immediately. I don’t need to hear the table next to me saying the same about the similar experience we were sharing together.

Its also not cool for the owner to have a waitstaff that isn’t systematic about service or show slight care of returning customers. It’s very easy to make eye contact and greet, or a simple “I’ll be there with you shortly.”
