I just had the best experience at the Loft in Garden City. I needed several dresses for an occasion and other pieces for work. I had called ahead because I wanted to make sure they had my sizes. Lori F. answered the phone and was so helpful. We discussed the items I was interested in and put several outfits aside for me. When I arrived, Lori assisted me with all the outfits and other pieces she thought would flatter me. She was my personal shopper and she has great taste! To make a very long story short, I called Loft to vent about an issue I was having with AT Inc. customer service. I was very frustrated and was getting nowhere. Tara, AT Loft in Garden City responded with such genuine kindness and such rare customer care. Most unexpected is that she completely rectified the situation.
