I recently returned an Item that was $200 that I originally paid cash for. Jayne would only reimburse me on my debit card. She said "it was just like getting cash back", but it's not because cash is instant. It has now been almost 1 full week and it still has not been credited to my account. When I questioned why she can't give me cash back, she said that she can only give up to $100 back in cash. I then asked her why she didn't present me with the option of getting $100 cash and the remainder on the card and she said "I'm sorry would you like me to void the transaction and do it all over?" At this point there was a holiday shopping line behind me and I had already spent a long time there for the return, partly because the first associate didn't know how to process a return, so I just declined and left. In the future, please make sure the employees know how to process a return and gives the customer all of their options before processing it. It was the week before Christmas and I would have liked to have the $200 cash back that I paid with instead of checking my account every day to make sure I get it. It is now 2 days before Christmas and I still haven't received my refund. I will never enter that store again and will use the power of word-of-mouth to prevent anyone I can from giving you...
