Our in-store experience was exceptional. Everyone at the Garden City store was helpful, fun to talk to, and knowledgeable about the product. I am thankful that I did not see any of the negative reviews above prior to our visit. Although everyone's experience is different, ours could not have been better. Yes, our delivery was from FedEx and comes in a lot of boxes. We were lucky to be there when the truck arrived, so we probably avoided any potential damage (I'm sure those delivery drivers are more careful when you're in front of them). Yes, there is some assembly required, but we were advised of that prior to our purchase. Not only are the directions pretty clear, but we were also given a tutorial during one of our visits on how the pieces are locked together. First, upon delivery, the FedEx driver literally threw my 9K couch out the back of his truck. I came home to a massive mess of 28 boxes in my driveway. I called the store and they said they would contact FedEx and get something done. First dropped ball, as that never happened. Second, my covers were on back order and would be ready in something like 8-10 weeks. I called the store over two months later, and somehow, somewhere, the order was cancelled, yet I was still charged. Three weeks later, and I still don't have a resolution. Waiting on...

Customer service stops upon payment. Items are not delivered not are they assembled by the company. Delivery is by FedEx and not as promised. Items would have been easier to assemble if accompanied by a representative. All-in-all the items are IKEA type furniture with high end prices.
