Forgetting to buy the Christmas Special Delivery Singing Plush Snowman, I called the store (1-25-19) hoping maybe one would still be available to buy. A very friendly and extremely helpful store associate, named Lisa answered the phone. I told her what I was looking for, and she said she would check the store for me. She returned, apologizing, telling me the bad news. Lisa said that she would check the computer for other stores in the area, hoping to find one for me, & mentioned a couple that still had some in stock. She was going to give me the info., I needed but I had nothing to write with in rental car. She asked me for my phone # . How many people would call back, tell you that she left your name & number with a store, put one on hold for you, and give you the store hours??!! How awesome is that!!!

Instead of being greeted or offered assistance, I was closely watched the entire time yet never once asked if I needed help. For completing the survey, I would get $5.00 off my next purchase of $10.00 or more. There was a "strange" sentence in the email: if you're not convinced this email is real, then email our customer service team (that email address was given) to verify. What an odd thing to say! When I attempted to complete the survey, it won't let me get to the end and keeps jumping back to the beginning.
