I’ve never felt compelled to write a negative review until now. The way my mother and I were treated in this store was unbelievably disrespectful. We went in to exchange a gift my mom received and were immediately met with cold, judgmental looks. The staff made us feel like we didn’t belong there, as if we were less than everyone else.

We asked questions politely, but their responses were dismissive. Meanwhile, we noticed how differently they treated other customers around us. I can’t help but wonder if it was because we were speaking another language.

Despite the fact that we were still paying the difference during the exchange, we were treated as if our presence was a burden. No one deserves to be made to feel like they are nothing.

I left the store early because I genuinely couldn’t handle the way we were being treated. No one should be made to feel that way, especially in a place where you’re simply trying to shop or make an exchange. I hope they reflect on the way they...
