Very pleased with the service here. Ordered birthday flowers for my mom and they delivered a week early. They realized their mistake, called me the next morning and apologized and are delivering another bouquet at no charge on the correct date. I wasn't available when they called so they offered all of this without me ever calling in a complaint or asking for any type of compensation for the mistake. That is a level of customer service most businesses have long forgotten. They then called my mom and explained what happened and asked her what kind of arrangement she wants next week. Way overpriced! Especially for what arrived. This is the picture presented on their site, and this is what arrived. Half the bulbs look dead, and rest are barely even presentable. Substitutions and poor delivery handling do not make up for the sheer lack of care and effort put into this arrangement. Not sure how it could look this terrible on Valentine's Day, one of the biggest floral order holidays of the year. Save yourself the cost and pick up your own flowers, give yourself the opportunity to fix it up before giving it your sweetheart. Will not be doing business...

Absolutely the best place in Crawfordsville for quality flower arrangements with a lovely selection of gifts as well. There are plenty of places to get cheaper flowers so long as you don't mind if they die two days later. Milligan's may be more expensive but they are the only place I buy flowers because they are always beautifully arranged and so fresh!
