Quality Phone Repair — Local services in Crescent City

I can’t praise Quality Phone Repair (QPR) highly enough. I’m on a work/vacation in Crescent City for a month and my phone became suddenly unusable. QPR was only place in town that was open on a Sunday and Chris patiently listened to me explain what was happening. He gave me his thoughts on what was wrong, timeframe for fix and price to fix. Unfortunately the internal sensor on my phone was the issue and phone was dead. Chris let me know of places in town where I could get it replaced or offered to go through his manufacturer to get a replacement. I took him up on his offer and he set up my new phone with case and screen protector at a very competitive price. QFC is knowledgeable, honest and price competitive. Would return to them for any phone issues....

The technician doing the repairs is awesome person and honest and professional in repairing all smart devices. I dropped my broken Verizon phone that it would cost me almost $400 to swip it with another one! But as soon I walked in his office I felt this the right place to fix my phone and it cost me only $100 to fix it🤠. And the guy got it fixed by the next morning. And hey the cost was $120 but for paying up front the whole amount I got discount for $20...

My Samsung S23 was not charging when the cable was a certain direction. I contacted the business for a quote on the repair which came out to just under a hundred dollars. He ordered the charging port Tuesday and had me in Monday evening. He fixed it in less than an hour while I took my dog for a walk. Phone works great and the charger fits snugly and works either direction now. Would highly recommend if you don't want to send your phone...
