I can not express enough just how amazing this Verizon store is! I had an emergency issue right before I left town and needed a new phone ASAP. All the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know the solution to a problem, they will ask management and customer service to help them through the problem. Axel helped me by thinking outside the box and got my major issue fixed and was absolutely amazing! He literally saved my small business by thinking outside the box to get me back into my TikTok account on my new phone when all other avenues were exhausted. Jose and Paige also helped me with a separate issue getting my device set up and all my information transferred. It did take all day but they were patient and kind. Especially now, someone should sort that out. So I drove 15min just to see if I had insurance, seems ridiculous. The 4 stars is because I did have the insurance and the girl Cynthia gave me a number to call and a website. She was preoccupied with closing but I asked for a screen protector and had to ask again and say that the only reason I was standing there still was to buy it. $70 later, which is absurd for a 3x5 piece of glass, I left and in the parking lot on my broken phone, somehow, I was able to order a new phone and pay for it to arrive next business day. Have stressed quite a bit as I do not have the money for these bills and my credit is already suffering. I'm always told that it will be taken care of and that I'll receive a call back. I've never received a call back . I have received lots of charm and apologies. I don't know why they keep lying to me. I'm wondering if I'm being scammed.
