I'm a bit late on my review, but he's solid. Had him recone a vintage set of Cerwin Vega MX 400 a while back. Very desirable and rare speaker. Wouldn't hesitate going back to him. I'm a diesel tech and generally technical person and was considering doing it myself. Called Cerwin Vega and everything to get info about coils, then of course I let the project sit and forgot all about the coils lol. Brought them here to just get the project out of the way and he did all the research and ensured the correct coil got installed. Very impressed. Again, he's solid and deserves his 5 star review. I contacted speaker port to get an estimate to do re-foaming on some difficult to refoam kef 105/3 speakers. Was trying to determine cost before purchasing from a local person. Even though they were closed when I left my message, they not only got back to me on the same day, but followed it up with a text message to find out if I had any questions. Even though I didn't actually buy from them yet, I would recommend them from the standpoint of exemplary customer service, follow up, and all of the things I consider important in a small business.
