This place has the worst customer service ever. I took my watch in for repair. They sent it off for 2 months without knowing if it came back fixed. Come to find out they didn't listen or communicate what was wrong and didn't get it fixed. I bought another watch and the guy made it very clear it wasn't his job and he doesn't get paid to take links out and was lucky he was doing it for me. I just sent a ring out for repair and called to see if it was ready for pick up. Instantly the guy says no we get more repairs in tomorrow. They already told me they'd get it Tuesday so I start to tell him that and he decides to actually go look and of course it's ready. They just instantly try to tell you no and get rid of you instinctually unless it's a sale They make money on. I even had the gm be very disrespectful towards me because I buy online and pick up in store and was asking questions he didn't know the answers to. Over all there is little to no product knowledge and they avoid solving problems or doing work to answer your questions...

My recent experience literally made me sick! The staff at this location could CARE LESS about you and just seem to want your money. I came in to have a special CHRISTMAS gift made for a friend of mine who's son is going through CANCER..... Here we are February 14 and I still have nothing to send!!!!! Make things worse, no one EVER communicated with me in regards to its status. Last time I called and checked in NANCY literally said, "Oh I thought since we couldn't engrave it you didn't want it." AJ and his staff at the Crestview Hills store in NKY are so delightful, knowledgeable, and professional. They were very patient as we looked around to find the right gift and encouraged us to ask questions along the way. We have nothing but the utmost respect and gratitude for AJ in helping us find that perfect gift. Thank you for your hospitality and professionalism as what we thought was going to be a stressful situation turned out to be a very pleasant experience.
