Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Crestview Hills

Edit: District manager and people who are in charge of these locations actually care about what’s going on and have reached out since this incident occurred. However, this still happened lol. I’ve ordered from here twice since on doordash bc the food is literally crack. So good.

The staff here ruins this place. I’m a frequent flyer at this location and always take my items to go. I don’t usually care about the poor attitude of the workers bc like I said I’m just trying to get in get my food and go. Yesterday at 4pm my husband went in to get a to go order and was met with a rude girl working the counter (same girl who is always not very kind to me when I go in but usually I don’t care bc like I said I’m just trying to get my food to go) They didn’t have any of the quick chick containers out so he was asking the girl if he could order one to go and was met with “we aren’t doing that today” confused, he continued to ask more questions like: “well how long would it take to get a to go order” And he was met with the same “sorry we’re not doing that today” So my husband responded with “you’re not taking to go orders” and again she said “we’re not doing that today” ….

My husband never comes to eat here nor does he really like chicken salad so he doesn’t know the menu and doesn’t really know how things work. So he leaves With my daughter who is with him and calls me confused saying he was going to file a complaint because of how weird the interaction was.

I called up there 10 minutes later and asked a place to go and was with a Friendly “yeah sure what can I get for you” When I explain the situation to the girl on the phone, my husband was just up there and was told multiple times that they weren’t taking to go orders I heard her ask the girl that’s working the counter on the phone “did you just tell a man we aren’t taking to go orders” and the girl was like “nooooo I didn’t say that”

I went up there myself and placed to go order in person shortly after and The girl working the counter confused Like she had no idea what I was talking about meanwhile, I just called up there….

I hope the owners get this place under control. The staff is ruining the food. This place is ran by literal children. They need an adult To help supervise them obviously And teach them how to give customer service.

Came inside of this business to grab a meal after work tonight. I was checking the menu online and even though it displays a different price, it is priced higher at the register. I wasn't going to argue with the employee at the register but ate the extra cost. I did let them know about it, though. I grabbed a turkey club on wheatberry bread-untoasted, and a loaded potato soup.

I chose to dine in, they gave me a number and I went to go sit at my table. Food came out rather quick and they took my number back. Food is quite delicious, and I'm enjoying it. The atmosphere, the best way I can describe it is off? Like it doesn't feel like a real place. The green is a weird color. The nearby empty dining tables are dirty with trash on them and on the floor.

Overall, would return but maybe once every 6 months. Cannot recommend. Oh and I tried to pay cash and card, they can't do two different types of payment. That seals the nail in the coffin for me.

Great first time experience!!! Great customer service! Hannah was very helpful! Staff was smiling. I will go back one day. I do recommend. Food was great, very yummy!!! They even offered samples of the different chicken salads. Who doesn’t love free samples lol. All 4 of the ones I tried were yummy!!! I didn’t try the classic because I’m sure it’s good. I had the dill but also recommend the lemon basil! Yum!!! I tried to fill out the survey on receipt but it was long and I got distracted and didn’t want to start over so trying to cover the basics. The atmosphere was nice, cute and relaxing. Friendly staff! For 5 o’clock, I thought the place looked clean. I hope I covered the necessities!! nice place. 5 stars!
