Went home sticky and missing like a quarter of my drink because the employee gave me a cup with a huge split down the side. Thought the lid was just off and tried to put it back on before realizing it was split halfway down. You’d think they’d double check that, or at least notice the product leaking on their hands?
Anyway, I noticed and took it back in, SOAKED in tea— more of it had leaked out than I had drank— and the employee just stacked the broken cup into another cup. Now more of my drink leaked into the bottom of the new cup, and I couldn’t take the inner cup out and pour it into the new one without it breaking more. I paid $8 for a medium drink (cheaper everywhere else), received it in a broken cup, lost 1/4 of my drink…. and you stack it into another cup for it to continue leaking?? I’m not asking you to remake it, just refill what leaked out and pour it in a new cup.
Additionally, the floor, tables, and counter were nasty and sticky, hiring sheet on the counter was saturated in spills, and employees/service disappoints every time I’ve been here. Their hiring sheet is just applicant’s names, numbers, and emails publicly listed on the front counter, 0 privacy and weird imo. Go literally anywhere else, like Thai Tea House or Pholicious in Florence Mall. Cheaper and cleaner than this place, better employees, better atmosphere imo, and their products taste a lot better. My daughter picked her drink up and we walked out and she kept thinking the lid wasn't on right because it started leaking on her hands. We were almost to the car and she realized it wasn't the lid, the cup was split all the way down the side. We ran back in and after losing all that drink down her shirt, pants, hands, arms, and phone, they just put the cup in a new cup. Sorry, but for an $8 drink, we'd like the whole thing. It looked gross and they couldn’t do a refund. Then after I told them the food was bad. They took four more orders and didn’t make mine until after the other peoples orders . They never apologized or even offer to make it with fresh food I had to tell them I needed fresh bananas and that banana tasted just like it looked gross 🤮 please fix this store so I can come back and give this place a good review...
