OG SMOKE DEPOT — Local services in Crestview

So I've been acquiring most of my vape juices, vapes,torches and accessories from this particular smoke shop..... Needless to say I've spent a lot of money with this business .. so one of my last purchases was a pricier torche nearly $50.00 I was happy it was on the fancy side .,however after just a handful of uses it was out of fluid already which I found odd because it had a rather large tank on it so I refilled it and immediately after refilling it it still would not light and I then realized the fluid was just leaking right back out needless to say the product was defective... And I do realize most mom and pop type stores in most smoke shops usually don't do refunds but I thought surely they would exchange it for another since it was still new and they had no signs posted stating that they did not do returns or exchanges... So when I brought it in I simply asked for an exchange which I kind of thought was fair and the man looked at me and said I can sell you another one at 30% off after a minute of thinking and pondering this I said I don't have that kind of money to just throw around.. I did not abuse this torch it was defective don't you think that it would be fair that you back the merchandise that you sell especially when it's on this $50 the gentleman then told me no he does not backup his merchandise... So I begged completed a few more minutes stating my case about how well I had tried to take care of this item and I even kept it in its original box when I wasn't using it... He simply did not care needless to say he will not receive any more of my business... It's sad what has happened to do you think customer service and people backing the items that...

This is my second review I have given this smoke shop! They’re great people and very friendly and understanding. They’re willing to stay open 15 minutes just so I can come purchase my products! They’re the nicest people and I’ve never had any issues with them at all. Overall the best smoke shop I’ve went to and will continue only coming to this one. My last review was almost a year ago. @Aramis Martin, OG's smoke can, no fake 3chi! I have been shopping here for a while. The photo with a red circle is the back of the disposable item! It's so rude! All products you buy in full are sold through the 3chi website! You must use them at once by showing the front and back. You were wrong. These people are good people, and the products they own are by no means fake. As I said before, I only buy disposable 3chi evaporators.
