Uniform Connection & Trophy Shop — Local services in Crestview

I was in today 9-26-19 I was disappointed in the service I received. I try to support local business more than any other. My children attend Rocky Bayou I dropped off some items around 9-09-19. I came in that next week to find out your machines were down. No problem I then came in today. At this point my items had been there about two weeks. I was told my items were ready last week on around 17-19 and I questioned the older gentleman and the aggressive lady there as to why no one called me to inform me my items were ready. Im paying for a service. The lady infomed me I could have called, but I didn't have the number, the owner was backlogged on orders, he was on vacation, she didn't know my items were there. That it normally takes two weeks to get done. Bottom line I'm a customer and should be treated with respect I could go to Niceville an get my items done in a week. I CHOOSE to support locally but I will never do it again. I thought someone should be informed at the way a customer that supports your business was treated. I was disrespected, yelled at due to the fact that I didn't call about my services. The young lady was unprofessional and unapologetic. All she had to do was offer an apology not an excuse and don't blame the customer for the lack of negligence an or her lack of communication...

I came in for scrubs, not sure of the size I needed. The owner helped with providing different sizes and suggestions. Found what I needed. He was very personable and helpful. My husband and him were talking about the custom items he makes. There was a large decorative concealment box that was beautifully made and good quality. It had hydraulic hinges. Very nice little store to have local for medical professionals to shop in. The prices were quite reasonable and the service was very friendly.
