Dollar Tree — Local services in Crestview

The A/C never got taken care of back in June n now we are in middle of a Heatwave 😰They keep saying it's in the works. This has been going on for at least a couple of years. They need to replace because bandaids don't work. I feel sorry for those employee's. The regional manager Raymond Davis told me someone's coming to fix them Wednesday... I guess they don't know we are in a heatwave!!! I told him out of respect for their employee's and being a big portion of inventory has got to be damaged and deemed no good. OTC meds, Cleaning Supplies, Make-up, Hair n skin products, laundry soaps, chocolate and soft candies have to be kept in COOL dry places! The heat can alter chemicals that can make them useless and or dangerous. He said he was going to evaluate the situation. Just because Florida is a right to work state, doesn't mean Employers have the right to work employee's in Unhealthy and potentially Dangerous environments!!! All you Dollar Tree employees should make reports to OSHA, y'all deserve better conditions n YES Hazardous Pay!!!

Being I cannot find where to leave a post... I will leave my comment here!! I LOVE Dollar 🌳 However, I'm Appalled at what little to No Respect you have for your Employees and your Customers!!! It seems like EVERY summer at the Crestview, FL. Store the A/C stops working! As a customer it's so uncomfortable to shop. I get migraines n have been lnown to pass out if I get too hot! I was in the store n I was soisetsble by the 4th row, I stopped shopping n headed for check out. Many customers were leaving as it was too hot! I felt so bad for the employees that are being Forced to work in those conditions!!! SHAME on DOLLAR TREE!! Not to mention the chocolate I bought was Gross, it had melted n then harder again n had to throw it OUT!! So until DOLLAR 🌳 Scan show more respect for Customer's n Employees, I'm going to encourage other customer's n family members to join with me in NOT SHOPPING the restview, FL. Store until they Fix...

I was very disappointed, this trip, because there were numerous boxes stacked throughout this store, not only seeing them stacked next to empty shelves but some made it difficult to get to products I was shopping, the floor was dirty n sticky in spots, items that were to be hung or shelved were pilled up on the lowest shelves. I saw a lot of packages had been opened with one or more items missing. Also saw 3 empty containers of beverages tucked between non related products. While shopping, what appeared to me, a homeless man entered store n ask for key to restroom, only having one shoe on, socks dirty n filled with holes, as he passed by me, he had a very unpleasant body odor. As s I was checking out, he passed by looking refreshed, he returned the bathroom key. I inquired as to allowing just any one to enter store to use bathroom, I was informed that the owner has never posted a sign as to who is allowed to use bathroom and who cannot. This has not been the only time I've shopped this location that new shipment of products has been stacked in isles. I truly believe there are not enough employees at this...

This place is a mess! The assistant manager was amazing! But the bigger boss (older gray haired lady) was totally rude to me and about 4 other customers as well, then we were told by a frequent patron...that that manager lady was always very rude and nasty to everyone! Like wow. Someone should definitely let whomever is the district manager know how the dollar tree in Crestview Florida is being ran, and how awful the main boss treats paying customers on a normal basis. I will definitely never go back in that store. Not to mention the swap meet outside in the disgusting parking lot that looks like it hasn't been swept in 6 months. And there was trash all over the ground, and all the trash cans were overflowing onto the ground.... Bad bad experience. Honestly I was really nervous to even let my children get out of the car, it was almost dark, and it looked more like the parking lot of a local Bar,or...
