LaGondola — Restaurant in Creve Coeur

I have ordered from other LaGondola locations. This is by far the worst! I ordered a beef and cheese with no bread (my normal order) $12.71.. I open it at home and there is almost nothing in the container. I called to complain and the manager stated she could remake it but it would look the same. I went and got my money back. I told her if she put that on the bread it wouldn't even be presentable. I'm not going back to that location. I ordered from a different lagondola, mind you they are all owned by the same person, and bomb beef and cheese 👩‍🍳 The manager was not very nice and didn't seem to care about the situation 🤷‍♀️ The first picture is Creve Coeur. I will say the food is always good! The spaghetti fest bucket could be filled up more instead of half way but other then that I love this places food. On the other hand. No matter how many times me or my boyfriend or both of us go in the girls working are always extremely rude or disrespectful. I try to be understanding and smile at them but there customer service skills are very poor but as I said I'm understanding. It's 2023 no one wants to work or everyone's under staffed. I will give credit where it is deserved. 9 out of 10 times going to this location the food was great. This time it was horrible. Garlic bread under cooked. The spaghetti tasted like it was a salt truck. It was for my sons birthday party. We threw it in the trash and ordered pizza. I will go elsewhere thanks. It was a easy fix but even the time before this they never even pushed the lid on right and the speghettI ended up all over in the bag. I think I will just go elsewhere after this.
