Do they pay for the 12 plus hours training? No they don't. Do they pay regular minimum wage like other fast food? No they don't. They pay wait staff wages. Sorry, but if I'm not being seated and being waited on, I don't tip. Do they over staff employees and send the same ones home so only a few related and favorites get hours? Yes they do. Do they help struggling new employees? No they step in and do it themselves. They have so many hours uncovered and still send others home, that over lap the 2 shifts instead of giving 1 person 17 hrs maybe they should give that person some open and close to get more experience. I usually love this place but this morning my order wasn’t made right. I tried to call to let them know but they have no phone number listed on the site so I’m posting here. My Red Bull Blended Strawberry Horizon was made wrong. It usually has these red swills through it, they weren’t there, I don’t know what else is missing but it doesn’t taste the same and it looks odd. At almost $10 dollars for an extra large that’s disappointing. I wish I would have paid attention when it was handed to me because as soon as I looked at it when I got to work I knew it was wrong. Scooters has some of the best coffee around, they have so many different flavors and options for drinks! They also have some treats like cinnamon rolls, cookies, and cake pops. Looking forward to trying out the one in Creve Coeur that's going to be opening...
