HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HIGHLY ADVISE TO NOT GET A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WITH THIS HORRIBLE EXCUSE OF A COMPANY! THEY WILL ONLY CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE TOLD YOU THAT YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CANCELLED! I CALLED BACK ON JUNE 8TH AND EXPLAINED THAT SINCE I LOST MY JOB DUE TO COVID I COULD NO LONGER KEEP THE SUBSCRIPTION. AND I WAS TOLD THAT IF I CAME IN AND VERIFIED IT THAT THEY WOULD MARK IT FOR THAT DAY THAT I CALLED. AND I EVEN CALLED ON JULY 2ND TO VERIFY THAT IT WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE I WAS PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING. BUT SINCE I DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING I WENT IN ON JULY 18TH AND WAS TOLD THAT MY ACCOUNT WASN'T EVEN SHOWING UP AND IT WAS CANCELLED. SO I PAID NO MIND TO IT, UNTIL I NOTICED A CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT ON THE 18TH OF JULY. WHICH MIGHT I ADD I SUBSCRIBED LATER IN THE MONTH. SO I CALLED AND WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND BY THE MANAGER HERE AND HE TOLD ME TO CALL THEIR HEADQUARTERS IN EFFINGHAM. SO I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND FINALLY GOT A CALL BACK. TO WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT THE LADY WHO HANDLES THESE KIND OF SITUATIONS WOULD CALL ME BACK. SO A COUPLE DAYS PASS AND NOTHING. SO I CALL BACK AND COME TO FIND OUT THEY DON'T EVEN OWN THIS LOCATION. THAT THEY ONLY OWN THE ONE IN PEORIA. SO CLEARLY GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND THERE. SO I CALL TODAY TO WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD SPEAK TO THE DISTRICT MANAHER THAT WAS THERE. AND MIGHT I ADD ALSO HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE HE WAS AT ADDRESSING MY CONCERNS. AND THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THAT HE WOULDN'T OBSERVE WHAT I WAS TOLD BACK IN JUNE AND THAT HE WOULD PUT IT DOWN FOR THE 18TH OF THIS MONTH, AND CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR AUGUST SINCE HE SAYS HE NEEDS A 30 DAY NOTICE. EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY GIVEN ONE BACK IN JUNE. ESPECIALLY KNOWING THAT THE REASON I WAS CANCELING WAS DUE TO LOSING MY JOB BECAUSE OF COVID. BUT HE SHOWED ZERO REMORSE AND BASICALLY TOLD ME THAT WHOEVER TOLD ME THAT IF I MISSED A PAYMENT MY ACCOUNT WOULD CANCEL WAS A LIE. AND THAT THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR BANK FOR 28 DAYS. SO EITHER THE GUY THAT SIGNED ME UP LIED, OR THE DM WAS FEEDING ME A LINE OF BS AND JUST WANTED TO SQUEEZE MORE MONEY OUT OF ME. NEEDLESS TO SAY IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION BUT MAY HAVE TO CANCEL IN THE FUTURE, AVOID IT BY ALL MEANS. Read moreDrove thru car wash. (Our family has 5 vehicles) GOOD NEWS: - Very FAST (I liked that). The place is brand new, so everything was clean, and worked well. The vacuums can suck the chrome off a bumper hitch (and were MUCH better for cleaning your floor mats than the stand-alone, floor mat cleaner (which was pretty much worthless). a PLUS: They offered buckets (we did not notice them, they were on the side of the driveway leading up to the pay-gates), with some mystery fluid in them. Customer could (if they wished) take the brush (with 3 ft handle), dip brush into fluid, used it to wipe tires, and lower car areas as an extra measure to get off road tar, bugs, etc. LESS POSITIVE NEWS: Place couldn't seem to make up its mind if it was FULL service, or if it was SELF-service (the buckets, the vacs), or if it was full-service (TWO attendants at start of wash drive-thru tunnel)/ ODD NOTE: Place was kinda SCARY. - Turns were EXTREMELY sharp (better stay at CRAWL speeds, both to get into and to exit the wash-tunnel. The TWO helpers (with some kind of long pole things, with something large at ends) both came QUICKLY towards our car (were they muggers, helpers, what... not clear at 1st. One helped guide us to PRECISION spot (apparently it is difficult to line up at EXACT spot where tunnel machine could keep car moving thru LONG LONG tunnel) - Whole experience was odd. My wife commented on it, later I hear similar remarks from a couple of others that had used the system. Price markings (especially offer for monthly pass) were not very explanatory.. AND, the machine that took your money was a POS. LOUD, LOUD voice kept screaming instructions, pole was too high, and hard to reach, signage was useless, and I had to put card in 4 times before it finally worked. (Compared to other of these modern style, self-serve, washs, this machine was difficult to use.) Read moreSo disappointing! My shower was being repaired so I took my 6 month old Australian Shepherd puppy to the dog wash there in winter time and everything was freezing cold! The water never got warm! The dryer was FREEZING cold! I ended up drying her off best I could with the beach towels I brought, but ended up taking my own layers of my clothes off, sweatshirt and jacket to wrap her n to try and warm her a little ! She was freezing cold, wet, shivering, frightened! It was about 20degrees outside with horrible windchill but had to get her back into the car. She’s wet and it was freezing outside. The water was so freezing cold., too cold to even get all the products rinsed properly out of her hair. and the dryer was literally freezing cold, it was hurting me hands it was so cold. plus the air tube was ripped and apparently badly duck taped, which wasn’t sticking , so I was trying to block the open gape with one hand, so I could even get any of the cold air to come out the end that reached the dog. Wasn’t working out. I had paid for the more expensive wash that gives you more time but all of this was a waste of money spent. The whole experience was awful. I told the manager before we left that nothing worked and I had my wet dog in the car to leave. he cared less. I asked & he said there are no electrical outlets to even bring a warm dryer in there. No help, no offer for a refund. My poor puppy was miserable. My family is from here for generations and I have been here my whole life, and WILL NEVER RETURN to this business, and am telling everyone to NOT go...
