Norman's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Crofton

The worse experience ever! I walked into the store, and these two staff members were sitting on the countertop and on their phones. There was no acknowledgement of recognizing a customer was in the store. I browsed a little, but could not find what I was looking for or even knew where to find them. I went back to them a couple of times and they kept directing me to an area. Non of them came back to ask if I needed help. This was my first time in this particular hallmark. The ones I’ve been to in the past, they will greet you the moment you walk into the store and will offer to help. They will provide suggestions. I called in a panic since all three places I'd been to were out of helium as well as 1800 Flowers local florist who promised same day delivery saying it wouldn't happen now. Stevie picked up, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable off the bat and told me yes they had enough for the ten balloons I needed at the 11th hour for a birthday. At 7:30pm (they close at 8) he and his coworker were phenomenal. While I'm sure it was an inconvenience so close to closing, I am eternally grateful for their kindness, graciousness and ability to get the job done quickly. True assets to this establishment. I really enjoyed shopping 🛍 at this Hallmark. They have a nice selection of Wockenfuss candies (I bought the Milk Peanut Butter 🥜 Cups and Milk/Dark Vanilla Butter Creams. YUM 😋!). Also, I bought 2 jars of Stonewall Kitchen Street Corn 🌽 Salsa (tasty). Besides candies 🍬 and food 😋, they have a great selection of cards and collectibles. Anna who rang up my purchases was super nice. Parking was ample. I found it easy to find a parking spot. Lastly, Hallmark has a good rewards program that's worth belonging to. It'll save you money.
