I want to start with I have been coming here for a few years and never had problems. I'm not sure if they got new staff after the recent renovations or what. I sat in line for 30 minutes. I get it. This starbucks is usually busy. But about 15 of that was after I ordered. We finally made it to the window and I paid. Waited and edited for my drink. They hadn't even started it yet. The guy was asking the register girl if the drinks were iced. She said no. I spoke up and said umm yes they are. She goes oh.. yeah it says they are right here. The manager. Comes up to the girl very close. And says.. oh you have an eyelash on your cheek and proceeds to pick it off... umm can you just help them make drinks? At this point my drink still wasn't started and I asked for a refund. Thr girl at the register asked me how I paid. I literally just paid with you. With my card. 2 minutes ago. They had plenty of time to have had my drinks ready and again I have never had problems here. Long waits sure. But never thing long and my drink is always ready or close to ready when I pull up. Read moreI know it's overpriced coffee that probably isn't worth the money but I love going to Starbucks. This location, however, is awful. The wait time is outrageous, my order has been wrong on multiple occasions, the staff is sometimes nice but almost always more wrapped up in gossiping with one another to make a drink. Today I placed a mobile order for a s'mores frappachino, left work to drive over there and then had to wait 30 minutes. Once I got my frap it wasn't even made correctly. From there it was another five minutes to correct my order! Today wasn't an isolated event either. Last week I stopped in for a grande coffee with cream (thinking no way could they mess that up) only to get to work to see there wasn't any cream! I've ordered regular hot coffee that has been cold, caramel macchiato's just to be given mocha, been given stale cookies...the list goes on. Zero quality control being exercised here. Don't go through the drive through because the service is so slow you'll be trapped in the line for 20 minutes. This...
Read moreThis place is a hot mess. It is completely unorganized and the customers suffer for it. On multiple occasions I have mobile ordered ahead of time usually 5 to 15 mins. I show up and one or zero drinks are made. Twice I have stood there for 20 minutes holding only one of my 3 drinks and watched 10 people walk in go through line and get their drinks. Once I finally ask about the rest of my order they agree to make them. On top of that the drinks are regularly incorrect or made poorly. I am at a coffee shop for coffee not milk with a hint of coffee flavor. If this happened one time I would say mistakes happen. It has happened more than a handful of times there is a serious flaw in the system. I am not going to pay inflated prices to have one of my drinks be cold by the time I get the rest.
