Went in for new windshield wipers. The woman behind the counter had to help us figure out which ones we needed for our SUV. she then walked over to the WW section and pointed out the different brands there were to choose from. We picked out the mid-priced ones. When we paid, she asked if we wanted her to install them. We said "sure", so she did! While she was putting them on, we realized that we needed a wiper for the rear windshield. We went back inside with her while she selected the correct sized one, paid and we went outside where she put the rear one on with a bit of difficulty. We had to pull up a U-tube video to figure out how to get the old one off! Very polite, great service and didn't have to wait on a long line. Would recommend going here. Pleasantly surprised with...

My mother works here, she was the manager for a while and will likely be the manager again here soon, and she does her best to ensure that this store runs smoothly. She gets on to any employee that disrespects the customers and she does her best to make sure that everything is where it needs to be. She is highly certified and highly qualified in this line of work, so if you come here... you're in great hands. Sufficive to say... she pushes her own physical and mental limits to give her customers the best...

The store is very neat and organized with a fairly decent sized variety of various automotive items that your average Joe/Jill (like me or her) might be looking for. Now on the other hand almost every single time or situation where I had visited the store minus a few exceptions I've had to wait on the store employee who is very rude, has an attitude, speaks with sarcasm, and is basically unwilling to help. Maybe my future visits will not be met with any employees in lack of general customer...
