Forever 54 — Local services in Cross City

I live out of town and I have called the florist twice to order flowers for my mother. The first order was delivered, I'm assuming, when they promised. However, I asked that a picture be sent so I could see the arrangement....it wasn't sent until five days later. I called the store and left a message, and texted them asking if they would confirm delivery....never called me back. I had to wait until the next Monday to find out if the flowers were ever delivered. I finally got a confirmation FIVE DAYS afterwards.

Against my better judgement, I decided to go with them again. I ordered another arrangement for my mother. I was told they would be delivered the day I ordered them. I asked again to have a picture sent to me to confirm. I received a picture of an arrangement the next day with a text saying they were in process of delivery. Not only were they not delivered when promised, but the picture sent was not even the correct flowers we requested (and they put them in a vase instead of the basket which we had requested). A simple call to me to explain that they could not hold up to their promise would have been nice. I do not recommend...

Forever 54 to the rescue yet again!

Courtney and Mrs. Kelly are always willing and ready to help for all of our shirt and flower needs. Plus they have some of the coolest gifts that you can't find just anywhere.

I contacted Forever 54 on a Friday afternoon, an hour before they were due to close, hoping, praying (and well prepared to pay extra) to order a funeral arrangement for delivery before 11 am the following day. I had the pleasure of speaking to Courtney who was nothing less than a delight. She was kind, helpful, friendly and best of all, had exactly what I was looking for on hand and ready to go. It only took Forever 54 and Courtney five, maybe ten minutes to save the day and I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend and will absolutely order...
