This is the nicest Buckys in Tennessee everybody there is so nice and very helpful. I flew in from California and we’re driving to pigeon Forge and stopped at this location hoping that they would have the Valentine’s Day Tumblr. Unfortunately they didn’t people up and coming in and purchasing 40 and 50 of them at a time and then selling them online which really sucks for those people. They want to just purchase one they have the price and then they post online that there’s a shipment coming in so people have been coming and lining up around the corner when that’s an absolute lie, making it more difficult for the employees that work at Buc ees People are rude that do that and ruin it for other people. This location had the best of everything as a matter fact it was so good that on our way out of town we had to stop back by we bought over $300 worth of merchandise we got our regulars Buc-ee Tumblr, some fudge some jerky, some shirts, some blankets, anything and everything that you could imagine. We also tried the pineapple vanilla soda which was to die for this location is much better than the one in Kodiak, which is supposed to be the largest Buc ees 10 out of 10 totally recommend this location even if you have to drive. I really think when they come out with a new product that they should have a limit so that everybody gets a chance to purchase things Buc ees is a very unique and cool location and everybody should have a chance to purchase merchandise.. we tried the brisket sandwich and we’re not impressed. Had a little bit too much liquid smoke flavor. The fudge is great. The jerky was great just not a fan of the brisket sandwich. Stop by this location when I was in town again and brought my family what a disappointment the staff were so rude and the registers weren’t working all they could do is take cash. All the staff members were standing behind the counter, telling people that they could go to the ATM but they couldn’t take card most people I’m going to Buckys spend lots of money because there’s so much stuff, people don’t always carry cash and especially when traveling we would’ve bought more, but they were unable to ring us up. Guess we have to go to another location . Also, Buc ees does not donate any of its unused merchandise. They throw everything away very very wasteful we need to do some thing there’s a lot of people in need in the world and Buc ees could be helpful instead...

Read moreIn June 2021, Buc-ee's announced plans to break ground on June 15 for a new travel center located at 2045 Genesis Road off of Interstate 40 in Crossville, Tennessee. This would mark the first Buc-ee's location in the state of Tennessee. Buc-ee's Crossville, opened on June 27, 2022.
This “Travel Center” is one of a kind! Everything is neat and well organized. We’ve visited some hugh truck stops that were well stocked, having nearly everything you might need. But they don’t even come close to Buc-ee’s!! We visited today, our first time ever seeing a Buc-ee’s, and we were absolutely amazed! In addition to all the candy, chips, snacks and drinks you could ever imagine, they have coffee like you might only dream of; every kind, type and flavor imaginable. BBQ everything; pork, chicken, Turkey, Angus beef. All kinds of fresh fruit and cheese. Sausage and snacks. Just about anything you could want while traveling for food. Many healthy things as well. And Beef Jerky! Again, every kind, type and flavor. I’ve never dreamed so much Jerky even existed. They also have a hugh selection of woman’s clothing and household accessories, including cookbooks and a multitude of different kitchen items. Sunglasses, coffee mugs, tee-shirts, knives, cellular phone accessories, maps! Amazing! Simply amazing all the different items that they carry. They have multiple check out areas, so you don’t have to stand in line very long at all. And the fuel pumps!! Over one hundred fuel pumps all at the same location. I’m surprised Crossville was picked for the first location in Tennessee, but I’m glad it was! We look forward to visiting whenever we find ourselves in Crossville, which is actually fairly often with doctors appointments, vehicle service (ETD) and our tractor dealer (Crossville Tractor, the only place to purchase farm equipment) all in Crossville. Buc-ee’s, a great place to visit, shop, eat and purchase fuel. Don’t...
