Here in Tennessee visiting family. Gave the gym a call and owner lance answered right before he was heading into church. Which was awesome. I arrived at the gym and everyone was very welcoming. Owner / coach was also very welcoming. They had me sign a waiver and I asked what it cost to roll open mat and to my surprise it didn’t cost a thing. Got some great rolls in. Pretty much all nogi. And they were tough. People started putting Gi’S on since I like Gi and got more rolls and coach lance put a gi on which was awesome. He knew what he was doing and shins hard as rocks. Defiantly a killer with a welcoming heart. Thanks for the awesome hospitality. Will defiantly be back when I come to visit all the way from Milwaukie Oregon / Clackamas’s impact Jiu jitsu. I was in Crossville this week for work and had the opportunity to train with the team at Crossville Jiu Jitsu and Thai Boxing, it was a great experience! The instruction was very good. Lance has the ability to teach complicated Jiu Jitsu and Mauy Thai techniques in a way that students at all levels of experience can understand and demonstrate. The facility was very clean and the team was friendly and welcoming. It felt like a safe place to train. If you are looking for a martial arts gym to call home or you just want to drop in and train while in the area, I highly recommend this gym.
