AT&T Store — Local services in Crystal River

I have switched from an iPhone to this Samsung, because my daughter said it's so much better and easier to use, and as I'm learning to use it, I agree with her and I'm so happy I switched! Ariana was the person who helped me when I first got the phone, and she was incredibly helpful and made me relax and explained to me I won't have anything to worry about, because she would help me with everything, and if I had anymore problems or questions on anything, she said to feel free to come in anytime and she'd be happy to help me with it. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness, and told me everyone has to learn how to use them, so I shouldn't be embarrassed that I couldn't get it all right away. Because of her help, and one of your other employees, I'm feeling really happy I'm a Samsung phone lover now too. With all the iphones I've had over the years, I've never bad any employee there help me and be as kind as Ariana and the other employees here. I would have to say Ariana is really amazing in her professionalism, patience, kindness and helpfulness most of all. Ariana was awesome! Wanted to upgrade my phone and was on the phone with AT&T and was getting no where and actually getting frustrated. My husband and i were driving at the time and decided to go to the local branch, when i told the customer service person on the phone i was just going to go into the store and look at the phones (moving from apple to android) she told me i couldn't do an installment plan or add it to my account. My husband went into the store and told Ari what was going on, she told him to go to the car and get me she could help. Help is exactly what she did! She showed me multiple phones and watches that would work for me, explained different features of multiple ones. She also found a better plan for my 5 phones and 2 watches which the lady from AT&T told me i couldn't do. Ari also took the time which was a bit, to transfer all of my data to my new phone and show me how to use the features i needed. I purchased a new iPhone on the 29th of July, 2024, from this store. I got in the store near closing time, but that did not bother their employee Virgil M. at all. Virgil went out of his way to explain the different phones to me. I had previously only owned android phones, and was a little concerned about the content transferring over from my android device to the new iPhone. After I decided on a phone, Virgil was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about making sure the set up of the new phone was done correctly, and the transfer of data from my old phone to my new iPhone was also done correctly and efficiently. I had quite a few photos in the old phone which took some time to transfer, but Virgil couldn’t have been nicer about the whole situation.
