Like many fast food restaurants Taco Bell falls flat. Not all of them mind you, but this particular location fails. Itās disappointing because this one is only a few minutes away and it would be convenient to grab a bite when Iām out or just donāt feel like cooking.
Have you ever had Taco Bell when the food is prepared hot and fresh and it isnāt thrown together like slop? I have and itās actually really tasty! Every time I go to this Taco Bell the food is cold or luke warm and itās always thrown together. My order has been wrong many times. And canāt they put their quesadillas in something different? Itās always at the bottom of that bag thing in a ball. Itās ridiculous. The last one I had was horrible regardless. It was cold and barely had anything in it. No sauce, and barely any chicken or cheese, and oddly it had lettuce in it. Not much. It was obviously accidental, but it was really out of place and off putting. The staff doesnāt care. If you ask how they are they say ājust terrificā as sarcastically as possible. I know they donāt get paid much, but if they could put in a little effort it would be nice. The hours suck too. Open till 3am on weekends is great, but midnight during the week blows!
That $5 double steak nachos box is a joke! I got one and it was $5.99, there was definitely not double steak (there was only a few peices on there), the toppings in general were sparse. You get far more chips than toppings. Even with my request for extra cheese, which I think they ignored because thereās no way that was extra. Itās basically a ton of chips with a ton of beans with a tiny bit of the other toppings to make it look pretty.
As for Taco Bell in general Iām not happy. I sent them photos (on Twitter) of an undercooked chalupa with green unripened tomatoes with the cores and they never responded. Not even a sorry.
If you plan to eat here just be aware that the staff isnāt that friendly, they frequently get your order wrong, and the food isnāt prepared as well as it could be.
FYI Iām a drive thru person. I rarely go in to order or dine in so this is from drive thru experiences which may or may not vary from an inside experience. I figured that was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVERY GOOD!! And the days and times that were in now we all talked about that constantly however before that. Drive-thru fast food restaurant had kids working in the window, discourteous, didn't get orders right, couldn't make change, blah blah blah but let me tell you what I found at this Taco Bell. I was on my motorcycle in the Drive-Thru because no entrance inside allowed. Longline I waited patiently then only then did I see a sign that said because of covid-19 blah blah blah no cash!! I got to the window explain to a young man that was evidently a manager for that shift or who knows maybe the store manager but if he wasn't he should be! Never and 61 years of my life over 40 being on the road dealing with the public, Corporate America, you name it. I have never met a more professional a more courteous and just on top of it I can't even explain the awesome experience that I had at this Taco Bell drive-thru. I say that in an arrogant manner because this young man could have been the manager of the restaurant at the Hilton taking care or addressing an issue which he did with me. First he listened and didn't interrupt oh, then he responded with sir first words out of his mouth sir it's not a problem we've got you. My God this kid even knows etiquette not I've got you we've got you addressing appreciation consideration and involvement of the parties surrounding him that are working under him. Promise you that those employees were led by example oh, promise you those employees were efficient as it showed, and I promise you that those employees enjoy working for that manager. You better grab onto this young man quickly and promote him before he gets away from you he is an asset, an admirable asset to any corporation. Not that it necessarily matters but this statement comes from a retired, high-dollar page sales associate and a member of The Fortune 500 Club in a business that was number one in the world not the United States the world. Maybe that'll carry a little clout because I would hire the young man in a minute to run my company oh,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe first time we came in we were greeted by friendly staff dancing and laughing with us at the window. We let them know of our allergies and they did a fine job making safe food for us to eat. We tipped them really well and thanked them so much. The second time we came, totally different staff. They heard our allergies (severe), wrote it right on the board, handed us food covered in our allergens we didnāt realize that until we were already home. We handed it back and they remade it. Again we tipped them really well, thanked them for remaking the food. Third time new staff again with one girl from the first experience. Wrote our order right on the screen, we get our order and it is full of meat and cheese. This is unacceptable. We give the order back to be remade. They remake it, hand us the new order and it still has cheese. They say āitās buffet style, we canāt guarantee there wonāt be cheese on your foodā. Unacceptable. If that is the case, please do not serve us when we say we have severe allergies and cannot take cheese even touching our food.
They offer to remake it again. I said no, politely and drove away.
We will not be returning to this Taco Bell. We are really nice and forgiving customers. But when the same thing keeps happening over and over you have to ask yourself if the negligence is intentional. We...
