If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered online via the website from my computer, and got confirmation from the website that the order would be ready today at 7:40pm. After arriving at the subway they did not have my order, and after looking around on their end, I pulled out my phone, and logged into my email to see if they sent an email confirmation. They had. However upon inspecting it, it was noticed that it was for pickup Thanksgiving at 7:40pm. The employees at this location made a joke at my expense about how I ordered pickup for Thursday and got the days wrong. I felt humiliated, and was incredibly embarrassed. Unfortunately I couldn't just place my order as my order included The Tuscaloosa which can only be ordered online, and I did not have enough time to sit around and wait for things to be made ready as my ride had food waiting at another location for pickup as well. After getting back home, I pulled up my order on the site (Phone site was freezing), and sure enough it shows order for pickup today. Read moreIt's a very nice Subway - big, nice to eat inside, plenty of parking and the food is always fresh and good. The only 'even better if' is the mixture of staff (from great to average) and the need to make the operation a little easier to understand, especially when things are super busy and the line is long. The first time I ordered on the app here and went inside to pick up, I didn't realize the app orders were on the other side of the building in the Drive-Thru area and had to wait through the entire line to get my order which was now cold. A heads up to drive through on app orders would have been great along with a sign on the walk in side. Tonight was quiet. The person making our meal was fabulous. It was veggie and he was careful to rinse the knife that had just been used on meat before slicing our sub. Well done. The person checking out had to be called over, seemed distracted and not the customer service minded team member who'd just impressed us so much. It's a great facility, has some great people and just needs management to motivate and train everyone to a standard befitting this...
Read moreThis Subway had major problems. Got two of my orders wrong in the same week. Also, ordering through the app really puts you behind schedule because they always seem to be real busy. The two fast people that look like they know what they're doing help the people who come in while they assign my app orders to the very slow girl who must be a newbee. Only problem is we get our food like 20 minutes after the app said it would be ready while the one girl dinks around with it while the other two fast workers help a lot of people while we just stand there and wait. It was quite frustrating and happened multiple times. I understand wanting to help guests that walk in but I woukd have been in and out with food way quicker had I just ordered when I showed up. They need to take care of app orders too if they're going to...
