I know it says “general store” but this place is NOT average. Other places around town have random souvenirs that are clearly looking to bait tourists in but this tourist likes this small shop the best. Huge selection of candy (old and new,)

tons of cute shirts (including lots of youth sizes and Christian focused shirts,) local ice cream and the woman who’s been there both the times I’ve gone in is sweet and so kind. My kids even felt comfortable making their own purchases without mama (which doesn’t happen.) and make sure you go in the very back of the store cause those jarred treats are no joke! My husband and I ate a whole jar of pickled garlic from...
