Abound — Restaurant in Crystal River

This is an excellent Christian bookstore, juice shop and coffee shop. I saw some reviews that were derogatory, so I felt like I should leave a review on my experience with the store. Calvary Chapel Crystal River started this coffee shop and juice bar to give our fellow citizens a great atmosphere to feed and nourish their bodies as well as their Spirit. We come from all walks of life, and the church is non denominational. We want to bring the true word of God to those around us, not in hate or anger. I've been in the shop numerous times and have seen all kinds of people there. It's sad that just being Christian brings forth offensiveness in some people. But the world was offended by Jesus so I guess that makes sense of today's world also. There is a reason some of the negative reviewers came to the shop in the first place. It wasn't by accident, maybe they just aren't ready to accept the truth of Jesus. Their hearts aren't ready. There is no outward propaganda of any kind, but why would you pick up a Christian book if you aren't interested? It's not rhetoric. The juice and coffee shop is a great place serving great juices, smoothies and coffees. I encourage anyone to check it out...

Definitely the Lord's coffee, you will taste it in the first sip!!! It's high quality and the blend is perfect every time... never watery or too milky. The Smoothie bowls are massive, and so delicious!! The juices are addictive!! As you can tell, I have been many times, as you will too!! Also... this place is ran by some of the most down to earth folks I have ever met, and they have only served smiles any time I've been inside (which is a lot lol). They're absolutely Inclusive of all walks of life, which I've seen first hand!! They even thought of the kids, and incorporated a play area amongst the coziest seating area which is delightful for us moms!! Yes, It is run by a church, but they're not here to shove religion down our throat.. only the most delicious treats and A+ hospitality. Thanks Abound for coming...

I have never been to a coffee shop that has felt so homely and personal until I visited this one. The coffee is amazing, I got a brown sugar cinnamon cortada and there wasn’t a hint of bitterness in the brew. My friend said the affogato he got was the best he’d ever had and the fresh juice they served was unimaginably refreshing and flavorful. The staff was super friendly but not intrusive, the music added great ambiance but wasn’t overly present, the lighting was perfect in both areas of the shop. We sat on the couches in the “living room” area and the amount of peace we all felt was unmatched to any other shop we’d been to. It was like visiting the home of a good friend.
