Read moreIt is no Supercenter - which is why I love it. I HATE having to put on track shoes and take five hours out of my day to go to the store, which is why this small-scale Walmart rocks! It's a small, basic store, with everything you need. The pharmacy is good. When it gets crowded they do their best and you're never left feeling like you don't matter. The clothes selection is good. Camping, toys, toiletries, crafts, household goods, shoes. They pack a lot into a small store. The garden center has a good selection, and the grocery section is only what you need. If you want the gourmet stuff, go somewhere else, but if you want milk, bread, ketchup, snacks, wine, picnic supplies, and holiday baking supplies, you'll find them there. The one thing that has bugged me about Walmart is their storing their plastic bottles with water outside in full sun. It is wanton disregard for the health of the people who buy their water. They, of course, will not be helping with that nor will they provide transaction information on what was purchased.
It's in Walmart's best interest to sell gift cards to their own stores. If the gift cards are stolen or their own security measures fail, they can allow their customers to assume the loss and...
