I believe it was the owner who was running it when I went through the drive thru yesterday. He was really friendly and down to earth. I ordered a large Irish Cream coffee and added Raspberry to it. The way he heated the milk was PERFECT! It didn't burn my mouth when drinking it right after he handed it to me, but it was still hot enough and the flavor was popping! For food I got an order of their breakfast poppers (they never disappoint!), but I also tried their jalapeno/bacon/cheese scone. We were staying at a cabin in Bourbon, MO, and preaching a revival in Sullivan, MO, when we found this gem. My husband and I are picky (coffee snobs) and search out local coffee spots everywhere we go. We drove out of the way to try Cuba Coffee Co and were not disappointed. The coffee blend is perfect, it is well roasted, and the flavor combinations are spot on. I enjoyed the Cup of Joy blended each time, but my husband was adventurous. If you’re anywhere near this spot and don’t stop in, you’re seriously missing out! This small code shop is a hidden gem with over 50 flavors of frappes — yeah, FIFTY! I tried the Nutella frappe, and man… it was on another level. Creamy, rich, and perfectly blended — not too sweet, just the right balance.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The guy running it is super friendly and welcoming. You can tell he puts a lot of pride into what he does. He actually takes the time to make your drink right and makes you feel like more than just another customer.
