Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cuba

July25 around 11pm I did a online orders v as I was staying less than a block away so I walk to grab my order and the dining room was closed so I walk up to the drive thru as the female working the window snubs her nose at me and turns away and then a male worker comes up and hollering thru the shut glass window repeating his self saying we can not give you service saying its a safety issue which might be a rule for whatever reason but he didn't want to elaborate to explain except that i wasn't getting my money or my food and the female keep snickering laughing as if it was funny and cute but the same ones late at night hang out the back door getting high and smoking cigarettes which how is that not a safety issue. so I get upset demanding my money or food and the female especially was not helping the situation but making it worse and truthfully needs fired as she was clearly talking and laughing with the customer behind me about the whole ordeal. I am or say was a frequent customer there which I was inside there yesterday eating and I will say nearly all the employees are awesome but the two tonight isn't a good fit for taco bell and all it takes is a couple bad apples to ruin it...

Okay so I'm terribly addicted to the #6 Chalupa supreme meal! Believe it or not I have eaten at Cuba Taco bell at least 4 days out of a 7 day week for almost 6 months! I love love love the employee attitudes and the positive environment they create! The best worker there by far would have to be Josh because I come here so often that most of the time if he's working I say "the usual" and he makes it perfect! I usually never have to wait in the drive thru for lengthy amounts of time like I did when I use to eat McDonald's. As for prices, I've noticed my usual #6 since they opened in Cuba has went from $7.38 to $8.30 so I do have to say the price is starting to get higher then what I feel is necessary but besides that they are by far my favorite and literally the ONLY...

Store mess up my order then told me it was my fault. While watching them make several orders that wasnt mine i ask the manager why im waiting a second time that my order was messed up and move to front of line. Her response was i can kick you out or call the police...fux you call the police then... this is how i was treated after spend just over 31 dollars on tocos... very rude to me the customer and idol threat of trying to have me arrested for her making several mistakes. Remind her i dont work for her and dont take oders i give them as the customer. Lost my bussiness for...
