I recently found a 6 piece Thomasville sectional set reflected as brand new on Marketplace from this store. Upon going to the store to pay n schedule the delivery 2 of the pieces were not with the set. I shld have left the store right then n there. However, I was told that the new shipments were coming in the following day. This was far from the truth. (Dishonesty) The furniture I got delivered was NOT the new furniture I paid for as described on the Marketplace post. 4 of the pieces were from the floor model in the store, 2 of the pieces are not even pieces to the set, and multiple pieces have stains. Initially, there was an attempt to find resolution with the store coming to pick up all the furniture on the same day of delivery n me being refunded my money. That all changed today when I refused to pay a 10% restocking fee or accept a $200 refund n keep the furniture. I was yelled at for calling him dishonest, hung up on 4x, n blocked from FB messanger. The owner of this store is very rude n unprofessional when confronted about his actions. I have no choice, but to dispute the $1300 charges for this purchase when I wasn't provided what I expected n paid for per his FB Marketplace post. Lost my faith in people doing the right thing in this world so Buyer Beware with this store...

A few rugs, some furniture, dehumidifiers, a coffee maker, a slow cooker, a ninja blender, etc etc. They make their return policy very clear and it’s very fair considering it’s a liquidation center. Usually places like that or final sale no exceptions, but Eddie wants to make sure that everything is fair and everyone’s getting a good deal. One of the dehumidifiers I bought from him worked but didn’t work with a hose attached so wasn’t pumping out., And they Exchanged it for another one without any issues. They were very apologetic, Even though it’s not their fault. Liquidation centers get deliveries by the truckload and can’t guarantee the condition of anything. But they do their best to be very fair and genuinely care about their customers and their relationship with the community.
I brought a friend in recently, and the friend was almost turned away because there was news in the background in Arabic, and Eddie is obviously of Arab descent. I asked a few questions about what they were saying and he was so kind and respectful, and even told me that Muslims believe in Jesus. That one also didn't work. "Eddie" said at the end of week he would get more in. That went on for over a month. Every time I went in there I was polite and patient. Even purchased a suitcase. After almost six weeks without getting another coffee maker I asked if I could just get my money back. I was told I had to pick something else from the store as he would only give me store credit. "Eddie" was irritated and angry because I frustrated him coming in every week for six weeks. Even though I was told he would have more at the end of the week. I was always patient and polite.
