So, I just walked out of this place. Walked in about 15 minutes ago. Wasn't acknowledged when I walked in, but the rep was with another customer, so no big deal. She talked to him for a few minutes, and then answered the phone. And stayed on it for the remainder of my visit. There was another customer in the store, who asked for something, and was acknowledged, but was never spoken to again before she gave up and walked out. I could gather that the phone call was about a spectrum bill, and the rep was trying to talk the other person on the line through some kind of account access situation. She was sending and checking emails to this unknown caller. She acknowledged me, asked if I needed help, started to minimally help me, and then promptly walked away while still on the phone and not helping me at all. I became fed up and left. I don't care who was on that phone, the world is not going to come crashing down around you if you inform the caller that you have customers, and that you will call them back. How unbelievably rude and unprofessional! I hope people read this review and try somewhere else, somewhere that their presence and money actual matter to...

Great store! All of the staff is very knowledgeable...not just one or two gurus, but every employee is very knowledgeable about all of the merchandise they sell. The staff makes it a point to remember the names of their customers and they strive to know what regulars customers usually buy. They have an encyclopedic knowledge of vaping gear because the employees buy and use the same gear they are selling...their first hand knowledge is very valuable for those of us who can't keep up on the latest and greatest vaping trends.

The prices are great and they are willing to work with you if you're spending. They honor activr armed forces nd veterans with a discount. They are pro-Second Amendment, which tells me that the owners truly care about the safety of their employees and on-premises customers.

4 times now i came here and during business hours door is locked , no sign saying wil be back - just open sign all lights on. I waited 20 min. And gave up went somewhere else . Today i go in to use my points *saves them up over 3 months , and Lady said i have no points! Points are a scam here , dont buy vape products go to the other shop the rewards and points are better and you can actually use them !The Guy that works here is decent, the lady tho , acts like how dare I interrupt her movie she was watching or whatever. Im going somewhere else now for sure . They had goos prices on cigarettes, but so does...
