I use to think this was a good store but apparently I was wrong. Since they buy their products on wholesale they will not refund anything if it breaks after one day of having the item they said to call within 6 hrs but if it works when we buy it then once we leave the store it’s no longer on them for example a torch lighter like I bought which I actually bought 2 different ones and they both broke within a couple days so as I go back n forth with the guys the one says ok I’ll trade u the little torch for it i said are u serious u want to give me a 4 dollar lighter instead of giving me the price I paid I was willing to take a little loss and trade both for a gun torch they couldn’t even do that not to mention ive bought 2 nectar collectors with in a week a part that broke so I no longer will be shopping here all these items u can get online CHEAPER and a store that can’t refund or exchange I’m not doing...

Amazing store and selection. The only problem I have is with the guy who can’t speak good English just trying to upsell me every chance he got. My girlfriend and I went there to get her a vape. Now I’m realistic; a good quality vape with some liquid I figured would cost $150 which it almost did which is perfectly fine. But he conveniently forgets to mention that the vape had to have specialized batteries and then took the opportunity to sell me batteries and a wall charger for another $100 while saying at the same time, “I sorry I no charge you”. Well guess what? You did. Language barriers should not be used to screw people over. I’ll come back when someone who understands me is working. came in to get some vape juice, and told the employee that i dont smoke menthol or ice at all, actually that i hated it. he tried to sell me a giant bottle, i said i only needed a small. i then asked how much for a small bottle and he tried to sell it to me for double anything ive ever paid for something like that, $30. upon saying i would never pay that, he corrected himself and said 30 for two. then he sold me two ice juices after already telling him i didnt smoke that, and after opening i realized they were both expired by YEARS. one was a dingy yellow color and the other was totally brown. the brown one had expired in 2021!! i will never give this place my business again, i honestly dont know how anyone does unless they just dont know anything about...
